fernie is proud! she praises ghost and swift, happy she got them before anyone else did. ellish and beau constantly talk, making fernie wonder. ignoring the fact, she sends ghost and swift on another patrol while fernie goes on another patrol herself, leaving ellish and beau to continue bonding.

Thorn completed his analysis of the razor Fang with a puzzled expression, his red eyes wide as he examined the runes faintly engraved on it. They spelled "Distortion" in unown language, and he couldn't confer with Splash as nobody knew how to read them. Typical. Happy days they were when he had been a ralts among his colony before the others were caught by ignorant trainers. Thankfully Thorn had avoided them, studying runes and muttering passages left by both trainers and pokemon on an ancient tree. He finished the reading (missing the johto prophecy of his descendants) and calmly travelled to the dirty city, finding the orphans searching for some harbor place. Only he and Splash had survived the assault of the trainers and their flashing pokeballs, others captured or scurrying away... Crobat (Crescent, as they called her for love of stories and the moon, or Batty when she rambled) had tried to protect them but it hadn't been enough. The escapees could be a anywhere, from the Lake of Rage to New Bark Town. He had a feeling Fang was one of them too, the young Sneasel who searched for shiny things like some kind of Murkrow. But none of them wanted to speak of the past, especially the storm of trainers.

Snowdrop took her son's shivering hand, leading him gently through the ruins. Polar was frightened and afraid. "Where's papa?" he repeated again and again, his wailing voice notes higher then it should have been. "I'm not sure Polar, but we must stay here and wait." Snowdrop's calm voice was wavering too, especially as the kirlia who had told to come now had a beady gaze on them. "We can send out a patrol to look for them," he told them, flicking his gaze to a meinfoo carrying lots of sticks to build something and a Sneasel scraping at the floor withstands object. "yes please," Snowdrop beamed, still slightly unsettled but thankful.

Shadow Garden Graveyard is a very dark and scary place filled with tricksters and mischievous pokemon. Theres not much to the place other than the eerie graves and a couple little building probably used to store bodies or precious possessions. Theres a couple dead trees here and there, the only plant life that grows there is spikey, red roses. You can mostly find dark and ghost types around the graveyard. Very rarely do grass or psychic pokemon wander into the area. Shadow Garden Graveyard worships the legendary Darkrai and has many ceremonies for him. Darkrai is thrown out and forgotten, feared, just like the pokemon that live here.

On her patrol, Magnolia spots a confused Pokemon. It's icy white fur stands out among the green grass, making it very easy to spot. It seems this Pokemon's trainer left it there.

Splash and Thorn come across an unguarded nest and catch x1 Exeggcute.

Thorn finds x1 Hyper Potion and x1 Figy Berry. The human-made medicine confuses him - he should study it.

Caden and Fang search everywhere for another Pokemon. They begin to lose hope of finding Snowdrop's mate, until they hear splashing sounds. A Pokemon is struggling to walk through a shallow puddle, clearly bruised and injured. Asking if they know Snowdrop, their eyes light up.

Astera weakly stumbled through wet grass, wincing as a limp petal drifted lightly into a clump of grass. He was lost. Very lost. But he stopped wilting as he heard a squeak, where the faded red petal had landed. Summoning his energy to get to it, the flowery pokemon sped up, spreading a sweet aroma from the flowers on his hands in hopes of capturing prey with a poison jab. The leaf like cape on his back was pulled forward in hopes of masking his face, only to realize his prey was really a pokemon, a little eevee only just hatched. Astera swept the cape back from his face, causing the evolution pokemon to make a growl of delight. Yet they couldn't stay here, the rain was beginning to become harsher and spiking up the eevee's fur. "We have to move on, I have to find Snowdrop and Polar." be told the eevee urgently, urging it on with all his left strength. The eevee made a noise between a grunt and a growl in response, beginning to walk.

It was a clear sky when Caden and Fang found the two, walking through a shallow puddle with difficulty. Caden gave the two a nod of friendship, while Fang stared at them with a hint of hostility. "Have you heard of Snowdrop? And do you need help?" She asked. The battered Roserade nodded, and the sleepy eevee growled. "Where is she? Can you take me to her?" he responded. Fang nodded with a toothy grin. "She in the ruins. Follow." Eevee gave the Sneasel a curious look, before tearing into a pink flower much like the ones Thorn had gathered to trade for some stones. Astera stumbled up to them, his face plastered in a smile.

after a hard day of work, everyone decides to gather around and eat there fills. with full stomachs, everyone decides to take a small break and rest at syluss. except fernie. she hears a weird noise, and decides to investigate.

XXXXSnowblast sits out in a massive Boreal forest, with a surprising amount of activity for such a cold location. The pine trees grow tall near the outskirts of the village, masking the vast majority of the activity that goes on within. Inside, there's a lot of low lying shrubs and maple trees among the pines, with several frozen over lakes deeper in the territory. However, the primary attraction is the massive open-pit mine in the center of the village. This is where most of the villagers spend their time, protected from the harsh cold by the warmer earth below, making this a safe place to stay for those who can't take the constant winter.

XXXXLong ago, this place was bustling with activity, with humans and Pokemon alike flocking down to the mines. Now? Not so much. The elders of the region say that the place was once visited by miners and trainers alike, but was abandoned when Articuno placed the territory under an eternal winter and made it impossible to work. Instead of being scared off, several Pokemon of the region instead praised Articuno for chasing off those who disturbed their habitat, and the tradition of worshiping Articuno still continues today.

With the harshness of the constant winter, Ice types fare the best, though other types will show up on occasion.
However, Dragon and Bug types almost never appear due to their difficulty withstanding the cold.
