Haha, I dunno. I actually never tried a Husky before.
I just used a reference of one and colored the base black before
lightening it with silver and then using the scattering tool with black again.
I also always work with gradients, gives a more realistic look.

I also made two puppies for the Nursery!

Cute puppers, fyi with the nursery, any batches are most likely related unless stated otherwise. and let's keep it at one batch a month if you role two pups. :3

Hmm, might start working with gradients then to aim more realistic then.

I'm curious on if anyone would like to consider a item shop? earn items through stories of your hund hunting, obedience, etc.
Just trying to find ways to make them more interactive for everyone really.

I thought so, too. But I wanted to leave open range, kinda. I'm probably not going to do a batch each month anyways. Don't want to fill the nursery with dozen of missing pups. XD

Yeah, I just use a base color then a darker hue for the top and a lighter one for the bottom.
A very fond friend taught it to me, so whenever I do a design I use gradient.

Sounds like a cool idea.
Pictures or stories of hunting, maybe exploring or fishing could yield different items to unlock and gather.
Only thing is that it's pretty hard to first create all those items.

So a little note to anyone interested!
I have to write a two part story [probably 1200+ words per part] for someone on deviant art in the next week to get a new character from them.
So, if you want your hund featured in the stories (I'll post them on DA, but I'll give you the link as soon as they're posted), please shoot me a PM with the link to your hund and a snip of their personality. c:
I will be using either Onikiv or Faasnu, or both, and then there will be two horses in the story.
It'll be like a two part adventure
all I know about the story is the two horses are going to be going on some kind of adventure
perhaps into the mountains near Drea's (one of the horses) homestead
but I want there to be a reason they're going on the adventure
the first part will be the trip to the mountains
and the second part will be what they discover in the mountains
I actually have a close idea of it, I think it might have something to do with Drea's first adventure into the mountains
and she wants to take Onikiv or Faasnu, and she ends up meeting the other horse and another hund

I've been really wanting to breed my two beranhunds over the pass days,

kennel (of beranhunds)? It might be like a little story.

you guys can write whatever you wish. if wanting it to count as xp at least 50% needs to have a storyline with the hund. personalities and descriptions don't count.

also, i've seen forms with inaccurate things dealing with the breed so make sure you take that into account when grading forms artists! simple things honestly, like litter size etc.

I'd like to mention to read the edit rules a little more closely.
I, for my part, always state what to do and what is allowed or what not.
So, please make sure to not edit the form if it says it's not allowed, else the entry is invalid.
And fill out the form completely, it would be a pitty if you forget something like the name of the Handler or Beran.
Of course if edits are allowed, you can edit those in later if you want to find the perfect name.^^
Or simply post the form once you found a good name or whatever the contest is, if it's not allowed to edit.

On another note, if I didn't quite got your Beran's Halti right or you want different colored buckles,
ex. default silver buckles but want gold ones
then you can always shoot me a pm and I will edit. X3
However, I won't change the entire color like 3 times. XD
