• All regular rules from the main thread also apply to the Christmas event.
  
  
• Please be respectful and kind to everyone. Bullying or harassment will not be tolerated here.
  
  
• Do not beg, try to bribe, or otherwise harass the owner, artists, or moderators regarding the adopts.
  
  
• Do not spam or double post. Take chats to private messages. Saying "mark" on any of the related threads is allowed.
  
  
• Do not mini-mod for any reason. Please let the staff handle any misbehavior or answer any questions posted.
  This is to ensure that questions are answered without any chance of a member giving the wrong answer by mistake.

• Pipteryx batches are first come, first serve OR raffles. Members may adopt 1 Pipteryx per FCFS batch.
  Members may enter for all Pipteryx in a raffle batch but may only win 1 of the Pipteryx they enter for.
  
  
• Members are required to keep an up-to-date post in the co-op archive to be able to adopt Pipteryx.
  Pipteryx may be posted elsewhere, such as toyhouse, but should be credited and linked back to this shop.
  
  
• When adopting, a number is required in the form to specify which Pipteryx is being adopted.
  Forms with phrases such as "whatever is left" or "the last open one" will be skipped over.
  
  
• All batches will include a unique codeword and color. Forms with the wrong codeword or color will be skipped over.
  
  
• Editing adoption forms is not allowed. If changes are needed, quote your original form and make edits on a new post.
  Any edited adoption form posts not following this rule will be skipped over.
  
  
• Swapping adopts during an event batch opening is not allowed. This rule is only in place because of how special events are.
  
  
• Before you add a new Pipteryx to your co-op post, wait until the code post is up so you know for sure you are the owner.

• You must specify the number of the Pipteryx you want.

• Swapping Pipteryx during an event batch is not allowed.
  This is due to how special events are.
  
  
• DO NOT edit your adoption form post. Quote it, then edit it!
  If you edit your post without quoting it first, you will be skipped.
  
  
• Each batch is posted with a unique form to avoid prefilling.

If there is a username below a FCFS Pipteryx, it has been taken by a member.
If it says Reserved next to a Pipteryx, it has been taken by a staff member.

For our Christmas event, we're doing things a little differently.
Instead of a couple of games, each day there will be a new gift available!
Think of it like Chickensmoothie's advent calendar, but just a little shorter.








Each day of the event, a new Christmas-themed accessory item will be available.

However, what the item is won't be revealed until the end of the day!

Once per day of the event, you can post the form below to get that day's gift.

Afraid of missing a day? Don't worry - all items can be purchased with Boodles at the end!

Q: Can I be an artist or moderator?
A: Pipteryx needs artists and mods! Check out the the Staff section above. Application forms can be found there!

Q: What are Boodles?
A: Boodles are the special coins that Pipteryx use in the Shop, where you can purchase items. Pets and C$ can be exchanged for Boodles, and they can also be won during events or traded between members!

Q: How much is it to adopt a Pipteryx?
A: Regular adoptable batches of Pipteryx will be free. Breeding and customs require payment.

Q: How do I adopt a Pipteryx?
A: To adopt an available Pipteryx, simply post the correct form, which is found below batches in the Adopts post.

Q: How often can I adopt Pipteryx?
A: Members may adopt 1 Pipteryx per batch. Please allow others a chance to adopt if you have quite a few already. If the staff notice certain people are adopting too often, this rule may change.

Q: How many Pipteryx can I own in total?
A: As of right now, there is no limit to how many Pipteryx you can own. Please allow others a chance to adopt if you have quite a few already. If the staff notice certain people are adopting too many, this rule may change.

Q: Can I sell/trade/gift my Pipteryx with others?
A: Yes! Pipteryx can be traded for other Pipteryx, Pipteryx shop items, C$, pets, art, or other user made adoptables that allow trading. Pipteryx cannot be traded for real money or any other currencies.

Q: What if I don't want my Pipteryx anymore?
A: If you have any Pipteryx that you no longer want, you can trade or gift them to someone else. If those options don't appeal to you, you can private message rainbowpanda101 and request your Pipteryx be put back up for adoption.

Q: Can we get custom Pipteryx?
A: Yes! Custom Pipteryx require the use of a Vanilla Cake or a Chocolate Cake. The Vanilla Cake allows you to request a custom without any lineart edits, while the Chocolate Cake allows you to request a custom with lineart edits and/or accessories. These items can be purchased in the Shop or won during events.

Q: Can we breed our Pipteryx?
A: Yes! Pipteryx can be bred but breeding requires the use of a Bunder Berry or a Billy Berry. The Bunder Berry allows you to request a breeding that will result in 1 or 2 eggs. The Billy Berry allows you to request a breeding that will result in 3 or 4 eggs. These items can be purchased in the Shop or won during events.

Q: Can only male and female Pipteryx breed together?
A: All Pipteryx can breed together as long as they're not related, as incest is not allowed. Have 2 Pipteryx? You can most likely breed them! Pipteryx can have any gender identity or sexual preference, as well.

Q: I'm looking for a breeding partner! Am I allowed to advertise that I am?
A: Yes! Members can advertise for a breeding partner once per page in the main thread. Please take all breeding partner discussions to private message. Partner discussions in any of the threads will be considered spam.

Q: Can I edit my Pipteryx?
A: No. You cannot alter a Pipteryx's image.

Q: Is there a fan club for Pipteryx?
A: A Fanclub thread will be posted for Pipteryx if they receive enough attention. Please do not post a Fanclub for us, as we will be posting one at a later date when we think we're ready for it.

Q: How do I gain access to the Discord?
A: At the moment, we do not have a Discord set up for Pipteryx. Once one has been established, all you will need to do to gain access is click the link in the navigation panel at the top of the main thread!

Q: I have a question that I don't want to ask in public. What should I do?
A: If you have a question related to Pipteryx that you would rather not post publicly in the thread, you are welcome to private message rainbowpanda101 at any time. Her PMs are always open, and she checks them quite often so you will probably get a response within 1 to 3 days. However, if you do not get a response within 3 days, send your message again. Sometimes her inbox gets messy, so just keep trying until you get a response.
