The basket of red ribbons has been replenished and left outside Sterling's once more! There has been a couple days grace period and Sterling is becoming irritable with the mess in front of his establishment. Although he understands the excitement of the festivities, he will be putting out less red ribbons if the mess continues. It's only making his image appear less tidy and presentable for his customers! [Please read below!]

1. Please correctly fill out the form! I have posted an example here, I'd appreciate if you could check it out before posting! Please note: now that there has been a grace period, any form that does not follow the format will be disqualified from the draw. It has come to my attention that it has been increasingly hard to format with the inaccuracy in forms. No editing allowed.

2. Please do not post after the closing post & before the next opening post! Those claims will not count and you will be disqualified, because there are no ribbons to claim!

3. please do not double post your forms! You will be disqualified for double posting for rolls! (Because it gives you an unfair advantage against others who are only given one roll)
