The basket of red ribbons has been replenished and left outside Sterling's once more! There has been a 3 day grace period and Sterling is becoming irritable with the mess in front of his establishment. Although he understands the excitement of the festivities, he will be putting out less red ribbons if the mess continues. It's only making his image appear less tidy and presentable for his customers! [Please read below!]
