As the war draws ever closer to its climactic end, the pride is on the losing end. With every day Arknon's forces grow more and more powerful as they press further towards the prides boarders. Ethereal, the Alpha, has done all he can to attempt to push their greatest foe away from their home, but with every passing day that feat becomes near impossible. Now desperate, Ethereal contacts the Oasis - the fabled lion pride who's name is shrouded in mystery.

No one has seen the Oasis, however a secret pact from past alphas and those on the council of the pride are made aware of its existence. It is against the code to contact the Oasis at all, but Ethereal given the dire situation sent them a message for aide. A few months pass without so much as a sign of an answer, but then one came with the arrival of a family. After negotiation with the family from the Oasis, Ethereal brought 100 warriors under the watchful eyes of the group and proceeded to the Oasis for help.

1- Please keep all non-event talk on this thread to a minimum.
---> All regular related LOC talk can go to the Fanclub

2- If there are any concerns regarding the Event: i.e. rudeness from staff, questions regarding lore, etc.
---> Direct all problems to me directly via PM

3- Be polite and courteous when interacting with staff and other members
---> No discouraging others from trying out or participating in event (bullying)
---> No sustaining an argument, if the problem cannot be resolved by 1-2 responses take it to pm
---> No guilt tripping sympathy in order to gain favor in an adopt or achieving items from the shop

4- Be sure to read to LOC info website found HERE
---> The website contains valuable information regarding the LOC species and habits, please read it
---> If you find there are unanswered questions you have after reading please pm me to discuss!

5- It goes without saying, but all of Tess's rules apply
---> In general just act as you would when out in public, and take any concerns to myself or other appointed staff in the LOC community.

6- You may only apply and tryout for One LOC.
---> No exceptions are to be made on this rule. You must pick one lion and apply for only that one
---> Switching to another lion is fine if you change your mind, however you can only win one Event lion
---> This rule does not apply to LOC raffle lions or other lions that don't require forms.

Part 8 || A Murder Most Foul

“Surely you have-“ Mitus began to speak before an Oasis lion came running into the council chambers. “My lords.” Bowing, while panting for air. “There’s been a murder in the tunnels - come quick!”

“A Murder?” All eyes were wide with confusion, the timing for such a crime could not have happened at a worst point for negotiations….and it was only going to get worse.

I just wanted to take this time to say thank you! Thank you all for sticking around to support the species and for making this another wonderful event! We hope that the new games, updated lore and event loc were something worth the wait ❤️
