[ powers ] Doppelgänger [can change appearances to match other humanoids; primary], matter and slight levitation [can hover and basically turn matter into different states; secondary and significantly not as powerful]

[ personality ] Overall Arthur is a bit of a mysterious character, that meaning hard to describe. He is extremely loyal to those he knows well but doesn't open up easily, can be seen changing his hobbies often, and gets bored very easily. He is also known to be incredibly unpredictable and calculating, though he appears to be a partying/trouble-making teenager. His moods shift quickly, as does his personality as his doppelgänger ability allows him different personas, and it can be hard to tell when he's joking or being serious. That being said, the chances that he is joking is about the same as the amount of time he is serious. Arthur is very sarcastic sometimes as well.

[ history ] His unpredictable personality has led him a very strange life of adventure, and he seems to have a new backstory for every time he is asked about it. He ran away from home at a young age and though he will still go visit them and random friends sometimes, nothing is usually too permanent.
