In the general role play forms (or any where else) are you aloud to post a Public Role Play Suggestion thread?

Do you mean a topic to suggest types of roleplays? I don't think that is really necessary, as people are free to create whatever roleplays they want (within the rules of course) and join/collaborate with others. As far as sharing ideas - those are what discussion threads are for and why we have the advertisement threads, so people can find others with similar roleplay tastes.

I don't think a face claim directory is necessary since roleplayers can use lots of different celebrity photos, and they are the ones responsible for giving credit for their own forms.

Yes, it's perfectly fine to have a thread where people post roleplay forms for an active roleplay here.

You may only have one topic for your character/form storage (there's really no point in having multiple), but you can make multiple topics if you need discussion threads for more than one roleplay, for example.

You can have a separate thread for your roleplay's forms. I'd say it's best to have users post their own forms on the thread after you create it. Or, if the forms are already posted somewhere (like the main thread) I'd just edit the first post of your discussion thread to have links to those posts.
