[ power description ] Able to take away the powers of someone how has powers as long as they are in proximity of Kysma. He's also able to use the power as long as his physique allows it (thus his constant training) and the host of the power is within his range. The peak of his manipulation power makes him able to actually control the person's power, controlling them. This can only be accomplished if the person is close to Kysma and he knows how their power works inside and out.
