Elena is a very protective person. Not only
of her son, but of anyone else she accepts
into their little family. The pack is her family,
and she will fight anyone who tries to harm
them. However, she isn't quite sure that
killing humans to keep themselves safe is
the right solution, and does not attack
without being provoked.

As a mother, she is actually pretty relaxed,
letting her son make his own mistakes and
choices, but is always ready to help him fix
them. Since the loss of her husband to an
illness, she has tried hard to be all the family
her son needs, but wishes that he would find
a good male role model he could identify with.

Sage is a pretty quiet kid, one who tends to be
overlooked on accident. He's not terribly funny, or
strong, or fast, so he's often left out of most of the
games the boys like to play. He hangs out mostly
with girls his age, and with older kids, or adults.
He loves to learn, so any opportunity to learn a new
skill is jumped at, so he knows how to do all sorts of
random things of varying degrees of usefulness. He
can tie any sort of knot you can imagine, and cook
a mean salmon. He works on perfecting his jumping
but in human form and caracal form, as that is the
one athletic skill can best most boys at. He'll often
shift into caracal form and jump from branch to
branch until he is high up in the trees, and just
close his eyes and listen to the sound of the forest.
He never tells anyone about these times but his
mother, because he's afraid that he'll be mocked.
He tries to be scary but just wants friends.

Vertebrobasilar arteries are responsible for supplying blood, which
carries oxygen to brain structures such as the brain stem, occipital
lobes, and cerebellum. These structures are needed for many of the
basic functions of everyday life, including consciousness, coordinati
on, and vision.

In this case, Dylan does not get enough oxygen and blood to her
occipital lobe, causing partial blindness, and awful coordination.
She can no longer see color, and occasionally her eyes blur and all
she can see are puffy shapes. Her disease is a result of being half
shifter half human; a hybrid that nature could not rectify or produce
soundly. It was why she strives for peace, and why she is a healer.

valencia isn't what many would call a social butterfly. sure, the company of friends
is always something she enjoys, though being all bubbly and outgoing isn't something
her personality exudes. though laid-back, but try to put her into a situation that she
doesn't want to be in and she'll be as stubborn as a mule. perhaps in some cases one
may describe it as determination - which she quite strongly has - but it is just commonly
her unwillingness to do certain things. different people sway her opinions stronger than
others and if your disliked by val, good luck. sure, she can be polite and try to
pretend that her enemies aren't people she hates, but most of the time you aren't
going to get that kind of kindness. she can be damn rude. and although she sometimes
acts like a horrible person, she's a big softie on the inside. she's deadly witty with a
quick mouth (which has earned her a few scoldings from others) but quite kind to
the people she calls her friends, though does sometimes need them to hold her back,
as she can get fired up and do things she'll often regret later on. she's become
a bit more reckless after her father and younger sister died.
she was originally a wandering loner with her father and younger sister (her mother
died from an unknown illness when she was only six) until they were killed by humans.
she found about this pack and joined, slowly coming to trust a few of the people
in the pack.
