before meiling became conscious, she was presented to the king of sirenth as a
gift from a traveler... who this traveler was is not something she knows--all she
knew from what she was told is that he presented her to the king using the name
that she was given and didn't leave before saying "take good care of her". meiling's
earliest memory was waking up in an unfamiliar room and pretty much startling the
king by accident--and almost hurting herself when trying to use her legs for the first
time to walk over and make sure he was alright. after time had passed, meiling soon
trusted the king over anyone else in the castle--choosing to be inanimate when around
most other people out of nervous habit. she seems like an innocent little angel at
first, but she gets lonely easily and craves attention... the only person she could
really turn to is her king, though, so when she's left alone for too long she gets clingy
and whines a little about how her "Lan-Lan" won't pay attention to her.
