Now the districts are back under the dictatorship of the Capitol, but with a new, even more evil leader in charge. President Liff has ordered a new Hunger Games, but this time no one is allowed to volunteer in order to stop people like Katniss from ever bending the rules again.
Will you fight to the death? Or will you watch as those around you are pushed into submission as a new Hunger Games rips into the Districts with a feral-ness like never before? Because this time, there is no known mockingjay to deliver the Districts from Liff's wrath.
