quirk/side effect:.

julia's allows her to send her
body through time for a short
period of time. She can go
forwards or backwards about
fifteen seconds, even being able
to stop time for that amount.
Still, her quirk needs a recharge
time - the longer she uses it for
and the quantity depend on a
larger time before using again, so
instead of trying to expend the
energy to send her whole body
through time, she will send (for
example) her fist through time
to punch someone, speeding it up
and thus multiplying the strength
behind her punch. She can do this
with several different other limbs
as well.

quirk/side effect:.

Shinshiro's quirk allows him to
control the gravity around him, as
well as his own gravitational pull. It
has to be a certain distance away
from him, but he slowly built up an
ability to stretch his quirk's reach
farther than it could go before.
Because the quirk is pretty decent
by itself, Shinshiro carries around
with him a three foot long, heavy
katana. He fights using it to
manipulate the gravity around it and
manipulate the power of his swing.
The side effects of this is that the
more/more frequent he uses it, the
more he's likely to bleed from the
tear ducts in his eyes, making it look
like he's crying blood. Built up
pressure from constantly changing
his own gravity is what causes this,
and now it just happens randomly
because he has used his power so
much.

Yuu is a young charming male who is very fond of books and he often quotes from famous literatures. He prefers the company of books over people and he often spends his time reading advanced books. He mostly reads philosophical books or Utopian styled books. His favorite authors are Friedrich Nietzsche, Michel Foucault, William Shakespeare, George Orwell, Jules Verne, Arthur Conan Doyle, Jonathan Swift, Philip K. Dick, Kenzaburou Oe, Junichirou Tanizaki, Shuuji Terayama and much more. His favorite book is George Orwell's 1984. He is a kind person, however, but he prefers books than talking. Main Traits: Motherly, calm, understanding, quiet, blunt

Quirk: Organic Construction. Seina has the ability to
temporarily change the structure and function of any
organic being, for example; being able to change parts
of her/others body to form weaponry. While the effects
are temporary (lasting 5 to 10 minutes depending), the
organic being also retains it substance - arms formed
into swords will still be skin, bone and blood but will
somehow have the ability to act as sharp blades.
A major draw back for Seina is, when using it on a person,
her own body takes damage from it. If she changes a
persons legs, her own will suffer - mostly in the form
of horribly painful yet temporary burning of skin, and
will last for as long as she keeps the organic being changed.

Little Trivia:
~ It took, roughly, ten years to completely gain control of
her quirk. Before that, she was terrified of her own ability
whenever she had accidentally set it off - because of those
few incidents, she has a few scars over her body.
~ She is engaged! During her high school days, she met the
love of her life. They both became heroes, and while she
now teaches young aspiring heroes, Isao is currently the
number 8 hero in the country.
