@rogue, I'm not exactly sure how electricity manipulation at all relates to shapeshifting. You can either of the powers, but not both.
Or you could think of a different one that relates.

Ok, since I can't use Electrokinesis, anyone have an idea for something that goes with shapeshifting? A google search isn't as helpful as I thought.

Edited her second power to be illusions as I think that fits well with the shape shifting ability.

[ powers ] dragon shifter- can turn into a dragon, though when he cannot really be seen by those without the beast inside them; has pretty limited fire power (if that's okay?)
[ personality ] A bit hotheaded and more of the loner type basically sums him up. Nagisa rarely jokes and acts very tough and stoic, though in reality he is kind of really antisocial. He works incredibly well alone on projects, and because of that he never really thought it important to be too close to anyone. Nagisa can be a bit cold at times, but when he opens up he is surprisingly childish. He has a really bad sense of humor, though he is very good at hiding his amusement if he's not comfortable with someone. He tends to act "cool" and very level-headed, and can easily be compared to someone's pet Doberman (meaning he looks tough but can be swayed if he trusts someone or is alone). That being said, trust and loyalty are very important to him as well as justice.
[ history ] He had a semi-normal life, always more of an individual and quiet worker. He's never been one to open up and doesn't seem to care about what other people think if him. As a kid he was always adventurous but never got the chance to go anywhere or do anything, hence his unplanned life situation now.
