Probably a tom; Kestralpaw is more mature for his age and is a bit of a gentle giant type. He is quiet but not exactly shy. He would work best with a small, super peppy and kinda immature tom who Kestralpaw could take care of/smother with love. He would love the tom's hyperactive antics. If that makes sense lmao
