Brids were cherping, bugs where buzzing, and spring sang threw the valley. Axel was back at his home land;
down in the valley by the brook. He was playing along side his only litter mate, Jade his twin sister. Axel
was the oldest out of the two and even though it was by 3 minutes he loved to hold it over Jade's head.
They tussled back and forth in the grass. Biting each other where ever their little fangs could land. Even
though smaller Jade managed to pin Axel. Axel swore up and down he let her win. The two giggle and
laughed as they changed their attention to a butterfly. They chased the butterfly down the stream.
A scream pierced threw Axel making the back of his hair stand on end, everything faded to dark, and like
that it was gone. Axel jumped up scared out of his slumber. He looked around then moaned "Ughh… it was
just another dream…" As he laid his head back down. He could hear the wind out side calling. He curled
into a ball to rest a few more moments. He lay there wondering to himself wondering what time it was.
Glancing at the entrance of his den Axle could see daylight slightly peaking in. He stretched back out
guessing since no one had bothered him yet it was early morning. Axle climbed out of his cozy den and
rested at the entrance. Looking around he didn't see no one else. He travel the rest of the way out and
began to walk around. First stop was by the Alphas den.
Once Axel got to his leader's den he smelled around. Vixen wasn't home and he didn't see her around. So
he took on the responsibility to wait at camp for the other's to awaken. Axel trotted over to the center of
camp and sat down. Still not seeing anyone around he started to clean his fur. Hoping to tame his bed head
and once more look presentable again. Once he was content with his self he just sat and waited.
