Audra took a walk around the headquarters, bouncing around in her usual manner as she took the long route to kitchen to get snacks. She had stored a strawberry tart in there yesterday, and, as she was feeling a bit hungry, she wanted to taste that treat. She could already taste it, the sweet, fruity taste melting into her mouth. She closed her eyes and savoured the flavour it should have, before walking straight into a wall with a loud "thud".

Smog shifted his scarf higher above his face, leaving only his pale eyes peering out of his black coat. As he opened the doors to his headquarters, he let out a sigh. It was nowhere near the level of operation he was used to, but it couldn't be helped, so he lived with it, no matter his distaste for it. At least it was more peaceful than at home by a great deal, so that at least made it more tolerable. He shuffled through the entrance and down the main hall, begrudgingly going into the area where the rest of his group could find him.

MMI sigh boredly, and my mind starts wandering. I wonder about my family--my birth family that is. 'Who are they?', 'Where are they?', 'Do they think I'm dead?', 'Do they miss me?', and other such questions run through my mind. I suppose I shall never know. Maybe I don't want to know. Maybe my birth family was terrible, and it was better for me that I got lost and was found by Miss Grey.
MMOn the other hand, what if they were wonderful? What if my parents were kind and loving? What if I had siblings who loved me and would've play with me? What if I was one of the youngest, and I had older siblings who would've taken care of me? Or what if I was one of the eldest, and I had younger siblings who would've looked up to me? Or perhaps I was an only child. There are so many questions I can ask, but none I can answer. It seems as if I shall never fully know who I am...

The young brunette had strayed a little ways away from headquarters. It was much too stuffy for her; Brigitta much preferred nature.
Now, she had perched herself in the long, sturdy branches of an old oak tree. She leaned against its trunk and lazily traced her flower tattoo. It was hr favorite thing about her body. She loved the delicateness of the shape, and the beauty of it's light colors. Brigitta was in love with things like that.

Her gaze rose and landed on headquarters in the near distance. With a sigh, she figured she could head back. Brigitta sat up on the branch, staring at the grass below. She swung her legs and pushed herself down, landing rather ungracefully. Brigitta had landed on her hands and knees. She stood and dusted off her now bright red knees. Oh well, she thought, [i]nothing out of the unusual for me.[i] Looking back at headquarters, she took off at a light jog.
