"Or.. have you ever seen Swiftleap and Briareyes together? Swiftleap looks at her like she's the only she-cat in the whole forest." She smiled fondly "My parents grew to care for each other.." she then shook her head. "But it either works or it doesn't. It's a fifty fifty shot. I'd say. Though you're right we have no queens.. I think that's more due to the sickness.. that's why Flamekit lost his mother..." she frowned sadly.

Frostpetal frowned "I'm not sure.. there's some shecats who've got an interest in kits.. maybe Desertstar will allow them to?" She offered. HEr assigned mate, didnt say much to her now, and he seemed a bit more interested in talking to Jaybird. Her crush, didnt really care about her. SHe was truly all alone.

Flahstorm yanwed and stretch. TOday was the first day of Greenleaf. HE turned his head trying to mind FEathermist. She was gone! HE jumped alarmed. He crouched low and and started to feel angry. She left him! HE yowled loudly into the air, letting anger take over him. HE turned from where he had slept that night and sprinted hard. Every time his paws hit the ground it thudded in his ears. The final person who cared about him left. He stopped as he reached the lake. On the other side he spotted the clan. He sat on the other side of the lake, glaring at the clan. Perhaps he could steal one of the kits for revenge. But what would he do with the kit then? There werent many kits anyways. HE hoped during leafbare, they would all die. HE spotted Fatespeaker who was playing with two young kits. Were they hers? Flamekit so he knew that wasnt her. But an unfamilair kit with a black and white pelt played with her. Had it been that long? LOng enough for Fatespaker to have kits.
