THE FOUR CLANS-NEW AND ACCEPTING

One thousand years ago, there were five Clans. Over the years, StarClan began to fear the Dark Forest was starting to rise, so they created four Clans. Those four Clans are AutumnClan, SnowClan, ShineClan, and LeafClan. They were named after the four seasons because StarClan believed the four seasons would help them save StarClan and the other Clans. However, the prophecy is long gone and the Dark Forest and StarClan were banished four AutumnClan, LeafClan, SnowClan, and SnowClan, leaving them two new ones. Now, a thousand years later, the Clans have forgotten about the Clans they saved and now started their new life very far away.

SNOWCLAN

SnowClan is the leaf-bare Clan. It is located by the right top of the Clan territories, with the harsh weather of snow, constant ice storms, and heavy wind. However, the cats of this Clan are meant to live here, and they do not mind the harsh weather. SnowClan cats are usually white so they can blend into the snow. But SnowClan cats don't always receive the cold weather. They can also receive the hot weather. Their camp was built so that foxes, spies, and other enemies couldn't find their way in. However, some cats have managed to find their camp, bringing small disasters. But SnowClan could manage them. Their camp is located behind the icy waterfalls, deep into the entrance tunnels that bring them to the camp. SnowClan cats are usually cunning, smart, and great at hunting. LeafClan represents newleaf. It is located in the tree-tunnels by the clearing, in the left of the clearing. In there, there is the camp, which is a clearing with dens. SHINECLAN

ShineClan represents Greenleaf. They are used to the hot weather and, like LeafClan can climb trees. They are skilled and are fast because running makes them sweat and they are used to sweating in the hot weather. However, ShineClan may also suffer droughts and heat waves. The Warrior Code

1. Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from the other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.

2. Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory.

3. Elders and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders.

4. Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for its life.

5. A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.

6. Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their
warrior name.

7. A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.

8. The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies or retires.

9. After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen
before moonhigh.

10. A gathering of all four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time.

11. Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.

12. No warrior may neglect a kit in pain or in danger, even if that kit is from a different Clan.

13. The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code.

14. An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win his battles unless they are outside the warrior code or it is necessary for self-defense.

15. A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.

The Medicine Cat Code:

1. A medicine cat may not fall in love or take a mate.

2. A medicine cat may not have kits.

3. A medicine cat may only retire when their apprentice is ready to take their place.

4. A medicine cat shares dreams with only StarClan.

5. A medicine cat may only discuss dreams, prophecies, etc. with their leader or other medicine cats at the monthly meeting; dreams of an otherwise prophetic nature should not be disclosed to any outside parties or any other cats in the Clan.[/left][/left][/left]
