Chloris guessed that Juan was lying, but didn't say anything. "If anything gets damaged, I'll pay for the repairs plus an extra 100,000 pokedollars, and if that's not enough I can also donate multiple pokemon that would be amazing for breeding,
including a ditto with maximum EVs and IVs. If that's still not enough I'll add more." She said.

"Fine, just be careful." he said, "I'd hate for the pups to get out and get in the crossfire." He sat down to watch the battle. He was given control of when to send in extra grunts; he didn't want to do that right now. He could see the Furfrou twins looking out the window, a bit anxious about the battle happening.

i looked at setsuna, who was clearly confused of why the battle had stopped. i was gonna use thunder.. i walked over to the ampharos and gave her a pat on the back. "they're talking about lusamine. i'm sure that the battle is going to resume soon." i stood in the same spot i was in, nervously shifting my gaze back and forth. i wondered if anybody other than juan and chloris were nice. it was probable according to my calculations, because of course i'm always right.

Juan nodded as Ghost talked to her Pokemon. "The boss really wants the Furfrou." he said, "One of the puppies has a bad eye and we have treatments to help her. But the mothers are really nervous and don't really understand why the foundation wants to help them."

Chloris looked at Ghost. "Tensi used Quiver Dance. You can still have your ampharos attack while I'm talking to someone else. I'm sure my pokemon are getting impatient too." She said. Apis in particular was getting impatient, as he was her mega pokemon.

(Can Ghost somehow understand what her pokemon are saying without them getting translated by someone/something or does she just understand what they're saying/thinking really well?)

"Sorry." muttered Juan, petting Midnight. He watched the two Furfrou carry their six puppies outside and towards him. Maria stared at Juan and flicked her tail. "We'll use Surf to escape if you hurt us." said Maria lowly. Juan didn't understand her, but he had a feeling it was something along the lines of 'If you hurt the pups, we'll hurt you'.

i nodded, and looked at setsuna. "setsuna, use thunder!" i watched as the ampharos created another thunderbolt and hit chloris's opposing pokemon. setsuna liked winning a whole bunch. if she loses.. you don't want to see her other side.

Juan stood up and gave a nod to Maria. "You all will be okay." he said, "I can try to talk to the boss and maybe after we fix your pup's eye, you can return here. But I'm not promising anything, okay?" The sisters looked to each other and nodded. Juan bent down and showed them the voice boxes he had. "I can attach these to your collars and I can talk to you." he said, "The foundation just invented them." He attached the boxes to the collars. "This is rather strange..." murmured Mary. Maria slightly nodded, then looked back to the Skull grunts' battle.

Chloris looked at the thunder as it struck down onto Tensi. She didn't even try to dodge, as it still didn't do much damage. Then, Chloris remembered Ghost. She had heard a grunt talking about a stronger grunt with black hair and silver eyes who called themselves Ghost. Then she looked down and laughed a bit to herself. "Sorry Abeliene, but you're not gonna win." She said,
a smug smile on her face. "Tensi, Fire Blast." She said, looking up at the volcarona. She nodded and shot out a huge burst of fire that hit the ampharos.
