Darkpool padded out of her den to smell the fresh air. She smiled. She liked the scent of herbs, but it was nice getting out so it didnt overwhelm her too much.

Quickstar, hence the name, quickly stumbled into camp, gasping for breath. "Next time I go on a hunting patrol-I want an actual patrol!" Huffing, she made her way back to her den, limping slightly. She lay down, head on her paws. What a terrible day, she thought.
