Introduction:

The World That Was takes place in 2324 in the post apocolyptic city of Arcadia. Two rival gangs have formed, and the dog's of Arcadia are at their breaking points. Have you gotten over the loss of your owner? And who's side are you on?

Plot:

A fatal disease has spread like a wildfire across all of Earth, an epidemic that has destroyed all of the human race. In the post apocolyptic city of Arcadia, dogs now dominate the streets. But all is not peaceful. Two gangs have formed, The Nobility and The Resistance. The Nobility is a gang of fierce dogs that had formed in it's goal to rule over the rest. The gang has taken up much of Arcadia, destroying those who defy them. Soon, discontent stirred amongst the loners, something had to be done, or Arcadia would soon be ruled by them. A few loners banned together to create The Resistance, a gang just as fierce as The Nobility. The two gangs aren't fighting at the moment, and they are at a deadly stalemate, but all the dog's of Arcadia are about to snap from the tension. The Resistance occupy the East and The Nobility West, the two sharing unstable boundaries. Loners occupy territory to the North and South. Things have been quiet. Maybe a little too quiet.

Arcadia's park is a pleasant place to go to, with a fountain in it's center and a large sheltered playground off to one side and a vast field off to the other.

The Mall:

Dog's frequently visit the mall, considering it's where much of their resources are gathered. The most popular stores are the mattress stores and the pet store for obvious reasons.

This is where most of the human population used to live, a very large neighborhood with cute cozy houses that many loner's make their territories in.

The Elementary school is fairly big with many classrooms, the main office, a teacher's lounge, and a cafeteria to spend time in.

The corner store is a nice little shop stocked with snacks for dog's to take off the shelves. Drinks are stored in the back.

The boardwalk is a medium sized expanse of wood lined with many small shops for TN'ers to get food and other supplies from. The amusement park can be seen in the distance.

The forest is quite large and despite being TN territory it is commonly used by TR's and loners who are craving prey. But be careful, you wouldn't want to meet the land's owners!

The warehouse is slightly eerie but an overall good place to stay. It is made up of a courtyard, a nursery, mid ranking stalls, and the high ranking loft.

The amusement park's lights still flicker, all the rides have stopped working but it's a popular place for The Resistance to go to.

Flowers cover every inch of the grassy area and is a perfect place to take pups.

The hotel is made up of the lobby, the cafe, the second floor for midranking dog's, and the top floor for the highest ranking dog's, the pup's nursery is located there also. There is even a pool that the dog's can swim in.

At first Icia is almost always shy when meeting someone. She has learned to put up a wall to protect her from being hurt and it takes time for Icia to open up. Once Icia opens up to you, she explodes into her fiery self. She is quite witty and somewhat sarcastic, but she usually means well. With her bold side also comes her sweet side to balance her out. Icia is really sweet and caring to almost everyone and is the one to come to if you need a shoulder to cry on or for advice. Icia would go to all lengths to defend anyone who becomes close to her and she is a force to reckon with if you hurt her friends and family.

Flare attracts others with his friendly and welcoming appearance and personality. The brute is well spoken and sure of his words. Flare is undaunted by other’s and won’t hesitate to stand up for himself. He is adventurous but carefully thinks about the outcomes of his actions before acting. He is fiercely protective of those he loves and would do anything for them. With his friends and those he loves, he always likes to show that he cares. Whether it’s a gentle nuzzle or a warmhearted lick, Flare makes it pretty clear who’s on his good side and who isn’t.
