Brendan smiled warmly, brushing his nose against her cheek. "It's my pleasure, no problem at all." He murmured softly, with a fond smile. "want to head back now? I'm ready when you are." He added, focusing his gaze back on the horizon.

The wide grin remained on Brendan's face, as he turned and started heading down the rock. "Alright. Let's go." He murmured in a loving tone, brushing against her as he turned.

Chel wagged her tail and started climbing that

Brendan soon broke out into a light trot, as the wind ruffled his fur. It was a nice change from the usual scorching heat that was mostly present. The breeze was refreshing and cool. They soon neared the camp, and he turned around to face Chell. "Want to come in with me? Or wait out here while I speak with Ferra?" He asked, sitting down with a smile.

chell smiled and wagged her tail as she quickly headed to the alphas den

Brendan smiled. "Great! Let's-" His eyes slightly widened, as he watched the fae head quickly into Ferra's den. His tail started wagging as he instantly followed her inside.

Ferra was leaning over her pups when the two entered, and didn't look up, although she heard pawsteps. "Who is it?" She asked simply, before running her tongue gently over the smallest puppy.

Brendan cleared his throat and spoke up. "It's Chell and Brendan. Ma'am, I'd like to ask you something." He said suddenly, standing up straight.

Ferra tilted her head and turned around, to face them. "Ah, hello." She smiled, and nodded. "Well then, get on with it."

Brendan glanced back at Chell with a small smile, before focusing on Ferra again. "I wanted to ask you if Chell could become a member of this pack. She is very interested in the rank of pup-sitter." He explained, lifting up a paw. "Ferra, I believe she would be a very valuable addition to this clan."

Ferra raised a brow. She didn't look surprised, at least, on the outside. "Well, I have no objections. But she'll need to prove herself. Hmmm, a pup-sitter. I don't believe we've ever had anyone be in that rank. That doesn't mean we don't need one. Welcome to the pack Chell." She said, with warmness in her voice.

Brendan stepped aside and smiled triumphantly at the fae he loved, winking at her.
