She didn't like the idea of the carriage and shook her head ever so slightly. "Michael... Can you watch Isabella... She should sleep for a while and I trust you with her..." she said with a little smile.

Michael nodded. "Of course. Just please be careful. I don't want you to get hurt." He said to her and gave her a light hug. "I tried to tell him you did not think he was a monster but he would not listen to me.

"I'll be careful" she promised and returned the light hug and nodded a little. "I know... Thats why I must get going. Thank you Michael" she said and kissed his cheek before giving him a little smile and she left her room and looked at Van. "I'm not taking the carriage no ands ifs or buts" she said sternly. "But I do need to know where he is"

"But you need to. You can't ride a horse right now. It may hurt you more and that is the last thing that Colin would want." He said and asked where he was and got a location. "I will go with you." He said to her.

Clair shook her head a little. "A carriage will merely draw attention to something that doesn't need the public eye at the moment... I'll be fine" she said simply heading to the stables and nodding when he said he would go with her.

Van sighed. He was clearly not happy about this and knew Colin would not be either. He got on a horse though and started to lead her to where he had been before. He was back on his horse about ready to leave. He did not see the two right away since his back was to them.

Clair of course hopped onto her horse and bit her tongue since yeah it hurt a little but she ignored it and followed Van. "Colin!"

Colin turned around and looked at Cloair. "C-Clair. You need to go home and rest." He said keeping a large distance between the two. When she stepped forward, he went back.

She hopped off her horse and but her tongue as it hurt to do such an action but she didn't care. When she took a step forward and he took one back her heart broke. "Colin please... I was scared but you are no monster" she said gently and softly.

"Clair. I am. I have more power now than most people will ever have to deal with. I don't even remember what happened and I can't risk that happening again. I want you and Isabella to be safe and right now, this is what is best for the two of you. You need to go home." He said to her. He looked at Van. "Van. Take her home. That is an order." He said. Van looked at Clair. He knew he had to listen to Colin.
