-- His paws were crossed an a lazy manner, not accounting for all four of his limbs as he just didn't care. In his personal opinion, if someone were scrambling around in his den then they deserved to trip over his legs. A single ray of sunlight fluttered through the brush that made up the front of his home. One eye flashed open, looked at the light and groaned before he rolled over to his other side. Aldous enjoyed the darkness and liked the days where he could spend all day snoozing and all night wandering. So far, the male had encountered another boring dull day, but who was complaining. Roughly thirty minutes passed as he napped, leaning against the bark of the old tree. However, his eyes snapped open as a small female peeked her nose around the tree. Aldous laid his ears back, not in aggression but more to express his distaste for her interruption. Though he saw her, he said nothing more than letting out a long annoyed huff.

Raven was staring into space for a second,before realising the male huffing,she flinched back and pinned her ears,she ain't going to start another fight now,is she?The male seemed calm,''is this your 'den',sir?'' she asked calmly.

-- Still not moving his long limbs, he looked back away from the smaller female. His ears returned to their forward position before he gave a slight roll of his eyes. Tilting an ear towards her as she spoke, he couldn't help but let out a bellowing laugh. The laughter was thick with sarcasm. " 'course not."He grumbled, shifting his weight to face away from her. " 'm a traveler, if I do say so myself." He once again murmured in a low raspy voice.

Raven nodded,listening,a traveler?Haven't seen alot of those,most wolves that are banished here stay for the warmth of the dens and to steal the rare food which is given ''a..traveler?Isn't it hard to find food?Its winter and the food is either dead or taken by the packs.'' she rose a brow,curious.

-- Aldous let a stream of hot air flow from his nostrils, the cloud of breath that clung to the ice cold weather seeming to amuse him. It took a second for the males brain to snap back into communication mode. He couldn't lie, that function of his brain seemed to be quite rusty. " I don't exactly look fat to you, now do I?"He chuckled, admitting his own ribs could be seen through his fur. Food was scarce here, and Aldous was no exception. " Gotta admit. It is difficult to find food, but staying in one place won't bring it to me. Might as well try to find it myself."

Raven couldn't help but smirk a little ''no,no.Well,,'' she looked back at her untouched hare,then at his ribs,they looked disgusting,she had to admit ''you could have this hare if you want,I already ate.'' she rose her head,nudging it forward.He was quite right at saying the food is scarce,not even scarce,just gone altogether.

Lilith remained by the river even as Ontario arrived. She felt awful. Ugh, this so wasn't worth it. Why did she have to get her hopes up like that? Couldn't she have just been satisfied with being alone? And she told Ragnar that she only wanted to be friends... oh, how untrue that was. Lilith wanted anything but that. It would be less painful to be his enemy.

-- The male shook his head, flicking an ear as he turned his head away from the female once again. "I don't need your hare." He scoffed, pinning his ears in annoyance. Aldous licked his jaws before he gave a long yawn. "I'll manage." He admitted, laying his head between his legs. He had to admit, the hare looked tempting, but he wasn't about to accept it.
