six . i highly recommend using your own form, because i don't off one sorry

eight . no spam in discussion
nine . when making a form, COMPLETELY FILL IT OUT . no "will be roleplayed out" , this is result in a ban from my roleplay
ten . no mary / gary sues .
eleven . must have a paragraph, but this isn't semi-lit.
