as a rider. Montgomery builds trust with his horses, and is never cruel to them. He understands that a lot of the problems riders experience with horses comes from the people who have ridden and trained them. He strives to take each horse he trains and works with to their top abilities. It's not about winning every time with Montgomery, it's about getting the experience, and learning from it. The downfalls of a rider, he is bad about his shoulders, he likes to hunch, and sometimes let's his leg slip back. He isn't that great with dressage either.
