Horrible cache issues

The other computer is having bad cache issues. Refreshing the page several times still displays the wrong page (often three or four different wrong ones) It's all luck if I get the correct one.

As an example, if I make a new folder, the new folder doesn't show up and it shows dogs with other people's names on them. (Dogs we traded a couple days ago) Anyone heard of this? It uses IE 7.

We also had an IP address conflict problem. I thought solving that would fix this, but it hasn't.

That goes way beyond what I'd expect to see from a properly-configured cache. I've marked the viewgroup page as being non-cacheable now, so see if things improve.

Wow! Thanks. I really didn't want to keep having to let him on my computer. Looks like it's fixed now, but I'll let you know if anything weird happens again. ^_^
