Table in Signature

How do you put a table sort of thing in your signature? Like, having two columns, so you can take up less space, I guess? I'm not really sure how to explain it, but I would like to know how to do that ...

If you use a series of [left] tags, with no "returns" between them, each [left] tag will be its own little vertical box, so the overall look is of a table .

Yeah, each column is enclosed by a [left] tag, and there are no spaces in between the tags ... :]
