How did some people get rare pets and others didn't (Rainbow-mained horse, Nick Uni)?
And can Pets die?

-Rare pets occur when you adopt a pet with multiple outcomes but a majority of people dont get a specific outcome. That makes them harder to get (Sometimes much harder) and making them uncommon/rare.

No, Pets do not die. They will be there forever unless you delete them.
