how to search for a member?

Can somebody tell me an easy way to search for members? I know there's a thing in the top right with an actual list but I don't see a way to search them up by name. Plus I don't want to have to scroll through thousands of pages to find them. Thanks in advance!

Click on the members link in the top right, then on that page, on the bar at the top with the page numbers and letters, the very first link on the left says "find a member" - on that page you can type in their username c:
