Bumped up post?

Hello! I have a question about the number of posts on a thread

I posted on a thread last night and was absolutely positive that it was the last post of a page. I am sure, because it was for a competition that ended after the last post on the page so I triple-checked.
However, when I woke up this morning, I saw that my post had somehow been bumped to the top of the following page.

This has happened a few times before. Does anyone know why?

It's possible that a member who requires post approval had posted on the thread before you. There's no indication when this has happened until after a moderator has approved their post. Once approved, the post appears in the thread where it would have been posted originally had there been no delay. So, this bumps all the posts made after it ahead.

I have another question branching off of it though cx
It was in the oekaki boards, and if I am not mistaken this means coppa can post there freely? Or do coppa users still need approval even on oekaki boards?

COPPA users can use the okekaki boards to post their own artwork.
