I bought the blonde lolita wig from the store and it didnt show up? I have a fairly slow wifi if thats it but i also lost the C$.

It might be just your wifi. Maybe try turning your device off and on and load CS and see if it's there. If not, try contacting one of the moderators.

Check your trading center, if the purchase worked there will be an accepted trade with the CS store in there. It's possible the item is grouped weirdly, but it should be under Body, Markings & Hair > Hair & Wigs.
