So I am confused on we're I should have this topic on the form boards but the topic is I will have people post characters they want in certain positions for a story that is going to be made, if someone​could tell me what topic for to put it under that would be amazing!

You should ask for character forms in the thread that has your story in it. If the story isn't in the writing board of CS, then you should ask for character forms on a different website.
