Store Spinning wheel, or Randomize Packages!!!

Please do note, that I'm mostly posting this not because I want to save (because I can go buy maybe every store item right now with what I have XD), but I'm posting these ideas, because I think it be very fun, and for those that don't have much.
Store Spinning Wheel!
Example: Say the shop sold tokens you have to buy in order just to get a chance of something good from the wheel.
So Buy say 10 Tokens for 30.C$, and you are only allowed to buy 1 per Month?
Each spin costs 1 Token (unless a better wheel, with better chances) to get a 3-6.C$ worth item.
Maybe even more wheels that say cost 3-5.C$ and you might be able to get even Bath Time Set, Unicorn Set of random color, Barbeque Bonanza, or just a Winter Hats, Mittens & Scarves set.

Randomize Packages!
This was my main thought of making this post here.
So I was mostly just thinking of this idea for the wigs, but it came up, because of the Armor sold in sets, under the Specials tab, like when you could buy Store pets, as a package for less, sometimes a bonus pet.

Examples on how it could work by chance:
So say you only like the Shock Wig, or maybe only Glamour Wigs, right?
Or maybe you just want a few random wigs and don't care what you even get!

- Random Selection, per group, will cost 1.C$ less (4.C$ instead of 5.C$) for any of the type of wig.

- Random Selection of any wig int he entire shop, maybe saving you 2-3.C$, because you could end up with something you don't like, and have to try many times. But do remember it's your choice on if you want to risk getting one you do not like, for the next many tries!!!

- Random Package, You pay 10.C$ and get a Random Selection of Systems choice, sometimes you maybe get lucky and get a bonus Wig. So say 4 Wigs at Random, sometimes (even at 1 out of 10 chances) you get a bonus wig.

So this could work the same for Shirts, or other cheap items that only cost 3-8.C$ or so, but single items only.
Maybe even a special selection, that you pay 100.C$ witht he randomize, and you get full sets of course, but could save up to 25-40.C$, only depending on the Systems choice. (with some much being saved, this to work with every shop in the store, all but the Store pets, because that would be abused since well it's a pet, items are permanent)

Examples of paying 100.C$: Remember though Full sets, I'm only posting 1 image, from the whole set jus the main item. (Full sets are not including, say each wig or shirt of a group.)

Yes. . . as I said a very random, and the systems choice, so it's up to the user if they want to buy a package deal, but I thin it be extremely fun. Also Do think of this. The Value of Chicken Dollars is going out of whack, and the value . . . it's just bad, so I think with the over flow of C$, this would be extremely cool, mostly the second idea of "Random Items selected at the Systems choice," there only being maybe 2-3 sets, while the rest of the items are just 3-8 per piece.

Please do give your opinion, and add ideas, although I basically explained what maybe best, for the admins to pick up from, and they can pick how the system runs and what random chances are given :D

I love this idea, and think that it be very good for the C$ to start being used, since some users can't find anything to do with the C$, but as I said I would never agree with Store pets being even 1-100 chance in being gotten, because the system would be abused. (egh although at 1-100 not to much abuse since the pets are the same worth or less than some item sets, but I'd only do this for the items, because I've got over 1,000 all time, and rare for me to be under 500.C$)

I think it's a good idea, but I don't think it should (or would) be implemented. C$ value may be "out of whack" as you put it, but it's also obtained through spending real money (it may just look like there's an overflow since you can now directly trade C$ as you couldn't before). If CS did a sort of spinning wheel or randomized deal for less than what the items cost, they would be losing money. Theoretically, people wouldn't buy as much C$ since they could get just as much for less.

For example: A randomized package cost 20C$ and you get 10 random items. Let's pretend these items add up to 15C$. Okay, only a 5C$ difference. That's not bad. But what if you do this several times and spend 2000C$ and end up receiving 1500C$. That's a 500C$ difference; 500C$ that people won't buy. Let's not forget that these are random items. What if spending 20C$ for a random package gives you 50C$ worth of items? Maybe you won't get all the items you wanted, but you can just trade the items you don't want for the items you do want without spending more C$. Plus, if it's random, why not just buy the item you want even if it's a little more expensive (after all, you did mention that there's an "overflow" of C$)? :B

Interesting idea. It would be fun to have a spinning wheel and spend CS$ that way. Sort of like a lucky dip at the fair or flea market. :thumbup:

You sorta got it wrong for what I was saying about Random packs!
Paying 100.C$ it's up to the system to give only a limit in bonus to you!
Also if you look, each item I listed on the first part before bonus came up to 99.C$, then added just a little extra
All the system would have to do is Calculate, the price, and can be preset, to where how often it gives a big or little bonus amount such as 25-40.C$.

But My main thought originally, had to do with buying a random item from the group of wigs you like for either 1.C$ less, or from the whole shop 2-3.C$ off.

I think the wheel idea would be a fun way to spend some C$. I wonder if it would get some users upset because not everyone has the ability to get C$ easily.

I still think it would be fun to take a chance and win a random pack or item.

If the Tokens were not to become limited, and still were pricey it be the one thing I'd and probably most people, use as either a gift, or prize for competitions!

Gambling is fun but it can also be dangerous (which is why its illegal in some parts of the world) so I don't really see this happening.

If a user has $12 and an item costs $5, they might be tempted to use the randomize to get the color they want since it would only cost them $4 a spin and they'd get more stuff out of it. Since they don't get C$ often, this would be very appealing.
They buy one thing and end up not getting the color they wanted. So they try again and still don't get the color they wanted. Now that's $4 more than they would have spent originally instead of $1 less.

Alternatively, it would be cheating the site out of revenue. Everyone uses the wheel and then just trades for the colors they wanted and they didn't have to pay full price. Not only is that not fair to the site itself when you're talking about large amounts of C$, it's not really fair to those who had paid full price in the first place. Overall it's just better to know what you're paying for. If you want a random color, you can roll dice or flip coins. :)

It's a nice idea, but MMOs commonly have those random boxes and I know so many people who have lost hundreds of dollars on gambling like this to get that one item they want.

If they want one specific item, they can just buy that item and not use the raffle.
I don't think it's comparable to gambling, as long as there are no items you can only get with the raffle.
As long as there are no items you can only get with the raffle, then I support it :)

I don't like the idea of being limited to what I can buy, and even if I'm not limited, I don't like the idea of having buttons added that I can accidentally press that I don't want to press.

I like the freedom to choose what I spend my money on.

I never said there should be a limit on anything but, buying special tokens so that the wheel doesn't get taken advantage of.
Also remember when buying an item it basically is being sure you make your choice wisely by showing only that item.
Who said it's not freedom? It's more of a fun when you do have extra C$.
