Oekaki frustrations

On Oekaki, i am doing a commission, i just got onto the coloring layer and it won't let me color.

-no i'm not on Lock alpha
-Yes i have selected a colour

What do i do?

Is your coloring layer on top of the background? :3 If you have three layers, one for coloring, one for lines, and one for background, make sure background is at the bottom, coloring layer in the middle and lines on the top.

Have you drawn the lines on the same layer as the background? (aka, have you drawn the lines on the white background, on the first layer oekaki has when you open it?) In that case, drag the coloring layer to top and set the layer mode to "multiply".

Thanks Tuike, Nope they are all on different layers.
I need to put the coloring onto the middle *facepalm* thanks
