Objectives for Newbies

There should be an "Objectives" for newbies to get to know CS.

1. Post an intro in the Introductions Forum, to avoid spamming.
2. Draw a picture in the Oekaki
3. Collect all the month's outcomes
4. Make a signature
5. etc

What do you think? Please do not lock on the first sight!
