Avatar problem..

I don't know should I post this here...
See my avatar?Its going too slow,right?Well,I created my avatar in PhotoScape and its time is: 0.01 seconds,but when I put it here(as my avatar),or anywhere on internet(I mean if I upload it on TinyPic) it becomes very slow...Why is it like that?:o On PhotoScape its normal,but on internet..No.. =( I would really like to have that as my avatar,cuz I worked really hard on it.. ;_; Can anyone help me?

If for any reason this topic needs to be locked,lock it,I won't mind.^^
(I hope you can understand what I typed.D: Sorry for my bad English ;_;)

I have never used PhotoScape so I am not completely sure. Maybe try making it faster on PhotoScape and then uploading it to see if it will go faster?

Edit:
I was trying to get it to work by saving it with GIMP and re-uploading it for you, but it won't work for me either. 0.o I have no idea, sorry.

You know what's funny?I downloaded my avatar from CS,and put it in Photoscape,and its working normal,but on internet,its slower.o.O...
