Hi, someone just pmed me, and it says Messages (1 new), but when I click on it, I don't see the new message in my inbox! Is it my inbox, or just the message counter?
Help!

Delete some old messages. Your inbox is probably filled with all that spam I send you. CX

Your inbox is probably full, delete some PMs ( click the boxes next to a few of them, then scroll down until ou find a drop-down menu. From the select "Delete marked messages") Once you've done that, right above your PMs should be some grey words saying that your inbox is full, click on the underlined text that says "Release all on-hold messages". Then you should be able to read your PM :3
