Two Accounts

Hello I'm new to Chicken Smoothie and I've discovered something quite fustrating with my pets. All of the animals that I have received from the adoption page or trades for animals that have been born in 2012 all have the same rarity... "Unknown". It's very annoying because the pets before 2012 (2011, 2010, 2009, 2008) have common, uncommon, rare and very rare. Is this just me or is it supposed to be like this?

By the way...
Is it okay to have two accounts? I only have one at the moment but I would like this one to be for trading and a new one (if it is allowed) for roleplay. Please reply ASAP

All of the rarities are manually updated, so it sometimes takes a while for them to receive their rarities. While they wait for their rarities, they are labeled "Unknown".
So don't worry, it just takes a bit of patience :3
