I have a two small questions ... Can July-August wolves/dogs trade? And Can July-August wolves/dogs trade into admitting that november wolves/dogs?

1. Yes, you can trade July/August dogs.

2. Are you asking if you can trade July and August dogs/wolves for the months after them? If so, yes you can, but these offers usually don't go through as one person or the other is usually unhappy with the trade.
