Welcome to Canyon Crossing goat adopts! CC farm is a large dairy farm at the tippy top of a canyon in the western US. We offer milking does, dry does, bucks, and kids to the public! Most often to 4H kiddos or small farmers wanting to improve their stock. We also offer milk testing at our facility and shows on occasion as well.

Welcome! So the plan was for these lovely guys to be on oekaki but I had some free time and doodle some goat lines an just decided why not get started now! It’ll help me gauge interest and get the kinks work out before we open “for real”. All goats adopted here will be able to be transferred on oekaki eventually. Although this is a test run I will have breeding and some showing open eventually so you have uses for your lovely goats. Other than that, have fun and check out the auctions below!

Important Terms:

Doe - Female Goat

Doeling - Young Female Goat

Buck - Intact Male Goat

Buckling - Young Intact Male Goat

Wether - Nuetered Buck

“Dry” Doe - A doe that is not in milk. In this scenario our dry does will be yearlings

“ In Milk “ - A doe that is actively producing milk. Will have a visible udder and in this scenario will be 2+ years old

Kid - Baby goat
