NEW TYPE RELEASE! PLAKAT BETTA!

A natural betta, the starting genome that made it possible to make all the fancy tail types and colors we see today!

The Plakat comes in a lot of different shapes and colors. Previously the Plakat was only known for the short tail. But continuous breeding resulted in a bunch of varieties such as; the Halfmoon Plakat, Doubletail Plakat, Crowntail Plakat and many more!

This fintype is a more sturdy and energetic betta. The short fins make real live rocket in your aquarium.

Fun fact: The other common name for a betta is a Japanese fighting fish. This name doesn't really make any sense, since they're a native species in Thailand. Not Japan.
