Why do you wanna be one?: Because I think KIT Kats are cute, and easily steal-able. Also, since you said yourself your mom doesn't let you on her laptop too much, so you'll need someone with a computer their little sister only occasionally kicks them off of, so I can manage the shop while you're not on (like noow). Also, I'll make sure all rules are followed. Though there aren't any written down.
I except that if i am to strict i won't be a mini mod anymore: I do.
Anything else: I will turn my first post into a list of people who break the non existent rules.
