Guys, this isn't a place to advertise threads. Asking for critique is fine (just be patient, not everyone with experience that tracks this thread has a ton of time on their hands), but advertising goes in your signature, and wherever you go to ask for affiliation. Not here. Never here. Don't do it. :c

This is just a guide as to how to make a place to adopt characters.

Try going to the Symphony Character Adoption Agencyor The New Agency just to name two of them (There are several more floating around) and apply for a character there.

There'll be a form at the top of each Agency and you'd fill that out according to which character from the list you want. I'd advise you take a look at some of the forms of past winners just to get a feel for how much content they're looking for.
If you need a hand with anything, I'd be happy to help

I made some pixelart/linearts that could be used to make an adoption center. But I'm terrible at coding and HATE doing thos huge introduction posts. Where can I find somebody who maybe can't draw, but really would like to open an adoption center with some pixelart?
Is there any thread on CS for that? c:

I'd recommend advertising/linking to the thread in your signature and becoming affiliates with other adoption agencies, if you aren't already. ^^; It usually works for others. Other than that, all I can recommend is patience. <3
