I'm sorry for not posting it where it is supposed to be, but maybe you should have actually put it somewhere, where it is noticeable. Perhaps even in bold, italics, or underline, or somewhere, where it is not as cramped. I'm sorry for not "reading", but it should have been put in a better place.
And I don't know about you, but the note where it says "Sorry just I wish people would read..." is pretty rude. There's really no need at all to include that. So I suggest taking that note down, to prevent hurting someone else's feelings even further.

Yes. I agree, but was the side-note really necessary? Was it needed? Even if the owner is upset, he should really consider other people's feelings first. The rules are necessary, the side-note isn't.

I'm not trying to offend the owner. Simply removing the side-note would have been better.
