Tell me a bit about your entry! : The sky reddens as you cross the mighty badlands, towering rock formations loom eerily in the distance. You catch a glimpse of blue from the corner of your vision and make your way towards it. The simple pond sits in waiting, stagnant water beckoning you to quench your thirst in the murky liquid. You kneel, hands dipping into the pool and cringing at the warmth as you fill your cupped fingers with the substance. The ground shakes and you pause, staring in shock as clouds begin to roll in overhead. The pond ripples as if invisible raindrops were sprinkling down before a blinding light emerges from below. You turn your head and shield your eyes; this shining ray was incomparable to even the desert sun on the hottest days of the year. After a moment, the sand settles beneath you and you spare a glance at what had emerged from within.

"MEOWDY PARDNER!" The voice of the thing booms, wings unmoving but hovering above the water regardless, "Don't y'all know drinkin' this muck can get ya killed?"

Tell me a bit about your entry! : This winged star holds the spirit of a large diving species of werm endemic to the frigid poles. This werm is patterned the classic contrasting tones seen in many predatory avian-werms, save for a few splashes of color; used for display, certain features including the crest and bill of this werm sport colors impossible to find anywhere else on the frozen ice floes this werm resides in. While its wings may be small, this werm is still capable of short flights, though its true talents in speed and maneuverability shine brightest under the waves. Reader beware: do not be fooled by the silly waddle or cute belly-slide of this werm on land- they are a ferocious and eager predator, eating just about anything they can fit in their gullet, be it aquatic, terrestrial, or aerial prey.

Tell me a bit about your entry! : A snake chases after an opal, a never-ending cycle of losing it and finding it once more. Its teeth has grazed its wing, once, the night sky now blackened and charred from its venom. The wing of day still remains full of feathers, but the gem can never fly again, forever grounded by its hunter. Will the snake catch the opal?Or will it learn to fly again? What then, for either of them, if either happens?

You silently approach the glistening nine-tailed star in fear it may dart out of your view forever if startled...Upon getting closer, you notice a faint smell of forest and crisp waterfalls...The closer you get the more your head begins to fill with strange thoughts you don't believe to be your own...."Perhapsss, it could be you running amongst the trees with the wind in your fur..." Confusion tries to overtake your being, however, a calmness overtakes your body and you start to feel....different?
