hey everyone, some important updates to feather purchases:

1. feathers can no longer be purchased with CS pets. i no longer play CS and adapting to the current rarity system would prove difficult.
2. feathers can now be earned through community participation! you can earn them through litters, event participation, dressing up your sweeten, putting Sweetens in your signature, etc. You would fill out a form detailing each thing you've done (linking where necessary) and calculating your feather earnings
3. NOTE: the only things that count are anything you've done after the start of the new year. the feather economy would explode if someone got feathers for 150 litters ^^;
4. you can only post one CFE form a week! just to reduce spam
