@winged: Well, I'm currently on-pause when it comes to my fanfictions, but as I told The Worst Username a page or two before, I'm writing a fantasy book. However, I can certainly elaborate more on my plans. My fanfictions are primarily based on Warrior Cats and I have two separate universes: New Times, New Struggles, and the Lake Tahoe Clans.
NTNS is about two Thunderclan mollies, Honeystorm (me) and Acornpaw/Acornnose (my friend), and their life together. It's based on a roleplay that my friend and I did and I think that it portrays mentor/apprentice relationships fairly realistically. Granted, the two are more like sisters by the time Acornpaw becomes a warrior, but that's also reflecting our relationship considering we're over 2 years apart.
LTC is exactly what it sounds like: it's about clans in Lake Tahoe. However, the history and worldbuilding is awesome. So, Cherryclan is the first clan, which settles in South Lake Tahoe. Many generations later, when the clan grows too big, Frostfur takes half the clan up north to create Frostclan. A while later, Mistclan forms from a rapidly-growing clowder south of Cherryclan, and finally Moonclan (my friend's fanclan), joins the other three after the destruction of their territory in South California. I consider everything before Bramblefur/Bramblethroat's time "history" and everything afterwards "the future" simply because I fell in love with Bramblefur. Basically, she's a storyteller who wants to know the truth behind every story and legend the clans have between them. And that's a lot of stories. So most of the prologues and epilogues deal with her in the present day, listening to the stories and talking to Starclan cats who love her for her enthusiasm and dedication.
I'm also in the process of building a multiverse known as the Fantasticals universe, which actually connects to my current book. The multiverse explains why all magical creatures (and magic) disappeared around the Renaissance and where they all went. Most of the stories take place in their version of the modern times, which is also when most of my characters (CS and OC) are alive.
When I'm done with all of these, I plan on publishing the book and Fantasticals stories, and sharing the Google Docs where the fanfictions are on. What do ya'll think?
