He's ready for a rainy day! (He loves catching frogs with his sister and splashing around in puddles)
He will learn to play the harp (His name means harp-player) and the ocarina.
Harper has a pet frog named Wibbet (aka ribbit pronounced by a small child). At first his name was a bad imitation of a frog's croak, but that failed so now its Wibbet.
